Paul Rea earned his Bachelor of Engineering degree from Stevens
Institute of Technology. During his time at Stevens he was General
Manager of the campus radio station, chief engineer for both the
radio and television studios and held positions as CTO and VP for
the startup company Castle Point Records. Since then, Paul has continued
his engineering experience at a highly prominent Broadcast Engineering
and Integration firm; holding key roles as project and systems engineer.
Paul has designed, integrated, and tested state of the art conference
rooms, broadcast control rooms, and performance studios; commanding
equipment budgets of 1+ million dollars.

Associate / Engineer
Brad Miller earned his Bachelor of Engineering and has his Masters
in Civil Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. As an
Engineer at the New Jersey Meadowlands Commission (NJMC), Brad deals
with many facets of sustainability. He was the LEED Project Team
Manager during the construction of the NJMC’s Center for Environmental
and Scientific Education. The facility obtained the United State
Green Building Council’s LEED-NC Platinum rating, making it the
first Platinum certified government-owned building in the State
of New Jersey. He also worked as the LEED AP Project Team Manager
for the NJMC’s ongoing effort in obtaining LEED-EB: Operations &
Maintenance certification.
Brad is a LEED Accredited Professional and a member of the American
Society of Civil Engineers, as well as the Committee for a Green
Hoboken.
